When orders open
Our proposed change-of-mind policy is to let you request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery and send the item back within a further 14 calendar days. The item should be clean, unused and complete. These are our proposed voluntary terms; applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Return shipping and refunds
For a change-of-mind return, you would arrange and pay return shipping. There is no restocking fee. For a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, Pawfenn would cover reasonable return shipping costs. Contact us before shipping an item so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.
Approved refunds would go to the original payment method within 14 calendar days after we receive the return. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the refund. Exchanges would depend on available stock.
Confirmed details before purchase
The return address, final delivery terms and any applicable taxes will be published before checkout opens. We do not currently accept returns for this offer because no orders are being taken.
